With the RKU36 Roadkill Ultimate Bulk Kit, Stinger combines the advantages of aluminium and acoustic foam in one product. This saves you a step in the laying of 2 individual layers. Roadkill Ultimate provides additional isolation and significant noise reduction against unwanted resonance, vibration, road noise, engine noise, squeaks and rattles.
Rated best in the market, the RKU36 kit has the highest damping vs. weight ratio of any material available. Improving overall audio frequency response and bass output, this material is perfect for use on metal panels, doors, roof, floor, firewall and vehicle boot.
Features
- Outer layer: Acoustic foam for absorbing and diffusing high-frequency sounds and as a thermal barrier. In addition, sound waves are absorbed which are otherwise trapped behind the door panels.
- Middle layer: aluminium for heat dissipation
- Inner layer: self-developed ultra-light butyl blend absorbs unwanted acoustic energy to eliminate noise and reduces vibrations
