This policy together with our general website Terms and Conditions, explain in detail what personal information we collect from you, how it is processed and kept, and how you can make changes to your data or have your data removed from our systems. If you contact us, we may also keep a record of that correspondence until such time that your enquiry has been resolved. 5. Where and how long do we store your personal data?

We delete all cookies related to our website and your browser experience every 30 days.

We keep your personal information in our back-end system for a max. of 38 months. After this, all data is automatically anonymised.

You have the right to ask us;

• To be sent a copy of the personal information we keep of you;
• To correct any personal information that is incorrect or outdated;
• To remove your personal information when you wish us to delete your; information after we have no more necessarily need to keep it;
