  1. How do Deliveries Work?

TopVehicleTech.com is proud to partner with DPD UK to promptly deliver your orders with a great service and a smile.

You will receive an email the evening before your delivery date to let you know your order is due. On the morning of your delivery date, DPD will send a follow up with a 1-hour delivery slot. If you have submitted your mobile phone number during checkout, you will also receive updates via text and will be able to live-track your delivery via the DPD App. 

Don't worry if you miss a delivery. DPD will re-attempt delivery up to 3 times. Download the APP to proactively plan/reschedule your deliveries.

  1. Rescheduling Deliveries

When you receive your delivery notice from DPD, you are given the option to reschedule your delivery to a date of your choice at no extra cost. You can also instruct DPD to leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or even send it to your local depot so you can collect it yourself. 

  1. International Shipping/Deliveries

We only deliver and ship to mainland UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.

  1. Returns

We pride ourselves on our quibble-free returns policy. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For more information and costs, please read our Returns Policy. Please note that during our annual stock check, any returns will take a little longer than usual to arrange.
