COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

All our deliveries are currently following social distancing guidelines, meaning your delivery will be a 'no contact' delivery. Our shipping partner, DPD, will continue to honour your 'leave with neighbour' or 'leave in safe space' requests where this is currently possible.

 1. Shipping Options / Costs

Please note that your shipping charge is based on the type of shipping service you choose at checkout. The following options are available:

Standard Delivery
This is the default delivery setting for you at checkout, charged at a flat £5 incl. VAT fee, Standard Delivery means you can expect your parcel(s) to arrive within 48 hours* of placing an order. Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £100  incl. VAT.

Express Delivery
The DPD Express service guarantees you a next working day* delivery before 12pm. The cost for Express Delivery is £10 incl. VAT per order.

*NOTE: Dispatch on a regular working day, bank holidays excluded. Orders after 1pm are not guaranteed. i.e. you order on Friday 2pm will arrive the next Monday pre-12.

Weekend Delivery
Sometimes it's just easier to accept parcels on Saturday. Charged at the same price as Express delivery, our DPD Saturday service is the perfect out-of-office-hours delivery option*.

*NOTE: For all orders Monday-Thursday and those placed pre 12:00H on a Friday. Your order will not arrive that same Saturday if you order is placed later than noon on a Friday, DPD will then ship it for the following weekend instead.

2. How do Deliveries Work?

TopVehicleTech.com is proud to partner with DPD UK to promptly deliver your orders with a great service and a smile. Once you place your order, it will be picked, packed and shipped from our UK warehouse to your local DPD depot within 24 hours.* 

You will receive an email the evening before your delivery date to let you know your order is due. On the morning of your delivery date, DPD will send a follow up with a 1-hour delivery slot. If you have submitted your mobile phone number during checkout, you will also receive updates via text and will be able to live-track your delivery via the DPD App. 

Don't worry if you miss a delivery. DPD will re-attempt delivery up to 3 times. Download the APP to proactively plan/reschedule your deliveries.

*Dispatch on a regular working day. Orders from 1pm Friday are shipped the next Monday. Bank Holidays excluded.

3. Rescheduling Deliveries

When you receive your delivery notice from DPD, you are given the option to reschedule your delivery to a date of your choice at no extra cost. You can also instruct DPD to leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or even send it to your local depot so you can collect it yourself. 

4. International Shipping/Deliveries

We only deliver and ship to mainland UK customers.

5. Returns

We pride ourselves on our quibble-free returns policy. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For more information and costs, please read our Returns Policy.
