1. Shipping & Deliveries
All orders are processed as they come in and goods are shipped directly from our UK warehouse in the West Midlands.
Mainland UK shipping times depend on the delivery method you choose at check out. You can benefit from our standard 48H delivery service, which is free on all orders, or choose any of our premium next working day, or weekend delivery services.
NOTE: Express and Weekend services have cut off times and T&Cs. I.e. if you order past 1pm for next day pre-12 delivery, this cannot be guaranteed. Please read our policy carefully before paying for a premium you can't enjoy.
We have partnered with DPD make deliveries as effortless as we possibly can. From packing to the knock on your door, you will receive shipping updates, tracking information and if you use your mobile phone as your order contact details, you can even track your orders live in the DPD app.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on our quibble-free returns policy. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All you have to do is keep your receipt or proof of purchase and contact us to start your return.
